Poverty is the Number one killer in Africa not AK 47 OR any other Gun or Disease. With Poverty, parents cannot afford to provide the Basic Human Rights to their Children like Food, Medical care, water, shelter. Some of the Communities in Queen Elizabeth National Park even go without, let a lone taking their children to school. They rather take them to fishing or Salt mining to earn a living than sending them to school.
In order to curb up the illiteracy, ignorance, crime, Children`s rights violation, Human Rights Violation and poverty in the communities and country as a whole, much effort is needed to identify those needy and discriminated children in specified areas be transformed in aspects of life cognitively, Social, emotionally, and physically through Lawrence Young Foundation’s stated goals and objectives
